Made to order:

Most of our products are made to order. Our Christmas Trees take up to 7 days to create depending upon demand. 

Dispatch Time:

  • Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 3 business days from the date of your order. Business days include Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Delivery Time:

  • Once your order has been dispatched, delivery times may vary based on your location and the availability of certain products.
  • Standard delivery within the United Kingdom may take up to 5 business days from the date of order, although most orders are delivered sooner. Our Christmas trees are often made to order and may take up to 10 days for delivery. 
  • Please note that certain products may have longer processing times or may be made to order. In such cases, we will provide an estimated delivery time on the product page.

Shipping Options:

  • We offer standard shipping for all orders within the United Kingdom. For international orders, please contact our customer support for shipping options and rates.

Tracking Your Order:
